Muratcan Koylan is Member of Technical Staff at Sully.ai, where he joined in 2026 as a Context Engineer working on clinical AI. Previously he was AI Agent Systems Manager at 99Ravens AI, where he built multi-agent systems, persona layers, agent skills, prompt engineering systems, and evaluation rubrics. His background combines Communication Design (HCI), seven years in B2B marketing, and production AI engineering.
